US politicians responsible for torture, Guantanamo may get international attention as Persona Non Grata.
One may just wonder why Europe is not acting and waits for Russia to speak out.

Before the end of the day Russia intends to publish its response to the US Magnitsky List. The State Duma has already sounded several names of those against whom Russia will use sanctions.
The head of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee Alexei Pushkov said that Russia’s response would be proportional to the US initiative but not necessarily equal in length.
The MP told The Kommersant that the Russian list would in any case contain the names of US law-makers who took part in compiling the Magnitsky List, in particular Senators Malcolm Scotch and Benjamin Cardin, as well as Congressman James McGovern.
To be on the safe side, Moscow also has an extended list of ‘banned’ Americans which consists of 104 names. They are representatives of George Bush’s Administration in charge of the Guantanamo prison, CIA secret prisons and tortures outside the US territory. The list also contains the names of US parents who were responsible for the deaths of adopted Russian children.
Magnitsky List has secret supplement – US Department of State
The US Department of State has confirmed that in addition to the openly published Magnitsky List the document also has a secret supplement.
This was confirmed by a Department of State spokesman, whose name was not mentioned, at a special briefing dedicated to the publication of the List.
He pointed out that, as that part of the List is closed for the general public, he was in no position to give any details of its length or the names it contains, but the Department of State considers it necessary to inform the Congress, which has been done.
Moscow fears Magnitsky List will deal severe blow to Russia-U.S. ties
The publication of the so-called Magnitsky list will irrevocably bury the idea of ”reset” of relations between Russia and the United States, believes Alexei Pushkov of Russia’s Duma Foreign Affairs Committee.
He noted that Russia has never declined partnership, but one can hardly talk of comprehensive cooperation at a time when the United States has gone ahead with an anti-Russian law that arbitrarily ”blacklists” people whose guilt has not been recognized by any court exclusively on suspicions of U.S. congressmen.
The U.S. on Friday published the “Magnitsky list” that contains 18 names of officials allegedly linked to the 2009 death of Hermitage Group lawyer Sergey Magnitsky in a pre-trial detention center. These people will now see visa and financial sanctions applied against them allegedly over human rights abuses.
Alexei Pushkov said Russia has drawn up a list of its own, imposing symmetrical sanctions against U.S. human rights abusers.
Sanctions against those on Magnitsky list come into force – US
Sanctions against those whose names were published in the so-called ‘Magnitsky list’ have come into force, a source in the US Department of State confirmed.
“Persons on this list are banned from receiving or holding visas to enter the United States. Their property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and transactions in such property or interests in property are prohibited”, the statement released on the Department`s web site says.
