Israel, a Miracle.
When ever I came back from America, Spain, Georgia, I always wrote, among other things, something ecstatic that I really liked. But there I was a guest, but in Russia is my life, and I want it to be here and it shall be good.
So now I’ll start talking about another country, and in my mind again I will keep comparing mine home land. I do not think I’m the only one who does it.
This year, I again went to a place where Jews are everywhere you look. The country of legal immigrants without oil and other natural resources, has moved from a developing to a highly developed one.
Now people from different places, by sea or on dry land trying to enter as illegal immigrants.
To say about Israel, that life is here easy, one would lie, though, According to the Bible, God promised Moses that will he lead the Jews in the “goods land, it will be large, and milk and honey will be flowing .”
Neither one nor the other did happen, simply because there is nothing flowing, rocky crust instead of fruitful land. Fresh water only, and very little of that. Salt water as much as you want.
The Jews understood the joke of God: “If you wont work, you wont eat!” Many locals complain that life is hard. Someone is leaving from Israel, but the population is growing. Because of illegal immigrants too.
They are in the country from 3 to 5 percent. Some were shown the door, others seep and even receive citizenship. Not necessarily even to have a Jewish mother. If your son or daughter will serve in the IDF, you too will be able to obtain citizenship.
In Russia Jews are considered by some to be malicious item. They own banks, are playing chess and the violin, and comprise the world government, but to milk cows, for example, they presumably have no interest.
Not everyone, of course, is playing the violin. Banks are not owned by all Jews. But still, to work they still do not like – so many people think.
Germany under Hitler exorcised and annihilated the Jews because of such ill considerations.
I recently caught my eye comparing the fate of the Jews to the life of the canary bird.
When the mine instead of oxygen accumulates methane, which makes it impossible for human to survive, the canary first senses the danger and when seemingly there is still no cause for alarm, it is revealing the danger and dies.
After a while, the people perish too, because they didn’t turn focus on the pain of the bird.
Germany now has repented and asking the Jews to return, and it pays even money for it. And nothing bad happens, the country prospers.
Germany today is our best friend. And not because the Jews are returning, but because of everything that connected it with the foolishness of Nazism Germany has disowned, definitely and thoroughly.
That’s why to be friends with the Germans, it is convenient, enjoyable and rewarding again.
We should learn from their experience and categorically refuse the bad, what we know about ourselves. Otherwise, we will not prosper.
From Jerusalem, I sent my friend on “face book”:

The mindless response on face book was:
“Their strength is in unity and willingness to support national traditions. Grow money out of thin air, by the way, is also a tradition. They all look with a cheerful optimism and milk the world Jewry. The best thing that creates Israel – are myths and legends.
It is quite successful, judging by your comments.”
The expensive Israeli potatoes and radishes that we buy in Moscow – is that a myth? Expensive because: plus aircraft, plus customs, plus Shaher-mohair (the word on the rumor – Jewish,
but in reality – Russian).
They grow bunches of strawberries top-down, easy to retrieve, no need to bend down.
They have cherry tomatoes, like cherry, 24 species and the latest addition – black tomatoes with a set of vitamins of black currant.
They have on trees “A la carte” 500 grams watermelons, hanging from the branches,
and oranges. And, really, it’s like a myth – but it’s real!!
Israel gets money from the rich of America! Well and good.
And Palestine gets money from the rich Arab countries and Europe’s rich! Also good.
Compare those and others who work, and who throws the stones and the “Qasams”.
Are these the Americans who grow potatoes? Do Americans care for cows that give 12,000
liters of milk per year? Almost twice as much milk than in the green Holland?
I made a film this year’s about the festival on May 9 in Jerusalem. Victory Day in Israel is being celebrated since recently.
Russian Jews finally introduced into the consciousness of other Israelis that the main contribution to the victory over our common enemy have made the Soviet people. And I must say, that the word “Soviet” in these connection, I have perceived very positively.
Let me remind you that in the the Great Patriotic War (WWII) in our army 500,000 Jews were fighting, 200,000 of them – were killed. 153 were awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union.
12 people have full gentlemen Order of Glory. And this is all despite the fact that everyone knows about! (Order not to award too many Jews. In reality, 30% of officers and generals in Red Army were Jewish.)
The parade for us in Moscow and for them in Jerusalem, friends do not take offense, no comparison.
We have the scale, power, step-hammered thousands of boots, aircraft with a color and a dash of victory roar.
And they do not have anything of it.
But the rest is the same! Veterans with family and friends gather for a small area. Hugs, tears, jokes, songs, familiar South Russian Vologda voices, without any “Jewish” or with some over the heads of hail each other: “Mike-ah! Kolya and Anya!”
The same signs of valor on the chest. Song: “It is a joy, with tears in his eyes …” Just like us. Only a few remaining veterans, family Friends and much more. For foreign, or non-Russians
Israelis march of the former soldiers – an amazing spectacle.
They ran out of the offices and shops, hanging from the balconies to see the extraordinary people, hung up with, as they should be, from top to bottom with orders and medals.
In Israel, military awards are not granted. It is believed heroes are all. Not now, so one will become the next time.
In special conditions in which Israel lives, sooner or later the heroism overcomes the residents, so we decided not to single out any one.
At 10am veterans gathered, at 11am the brass band struck up, and the defeater of Hitler’s fascism slowly moved on a narrow street down. And where is the stage from which they will be
welcomed by the leadership of the country?
I was told that, the leadership here it is, among us! Ministers, members of parliament walked alongside veterans (90 years and above), supporting from both sides for those for whom the walk was particularly difficult.
Along with everyone on a walk, waddle marched soldiers of the IDF. They walked out of sync, in groups. Military weapons carrying, whatever you like, and if it’s wouldn’t be a weapon, but a small log.
I would call them to order, stretch the chest, pull the leg, aligning the direction of … But talk is useless, they have little or no march training. They are taught only to combat.
What I saw and learned about the army, it was for me at least as outlandish as strawberries growing from the top down.
To find out who’s the soldier who’s General, I could not, because the form of soldiers, officers and generals are the same.
The difference is only on the chevrons and shoulder straps. And they talk to the generals by name and by “you”. And honor each they do not give. Both have the same dining room.
A fat and old generals did not appear. If for our Russian paratrooper it is enough to have strong muscles, and this gives him the right to swim in the city fountain, there to compete to get this dangerous profession in Israeli IDF first of all one needs need to have a high IQ.

Why do not we learn from Georgia? At least for the conversion of police. The successful reform in Georgia was already recognized world wide.
Russia is a big country? So start with some of the smallest of the Russian regions.
Each of our region has a size of Georgia, or of Israel.
Why not take a cue from Israeli Jews to be free and secure, be protected from the hostile environment and from the excessive interference of the state in their own affairs.
Hence, they have so much milk and tomatoes. Hence their ability to withstand small forces
disproportionate threats.
Therefore, they have nothing, and everything, and here we are, but no good tomatoes, nor a strong modern army (though in couple years the army will be back on track).
