The case was the center of the Russian Ministry of Defense briefing on the incident with the destruction of the aircraft “Boeing-777\u00bb Malaysia Airlines July 17, 2014.<\/span> Briefing held Chief operational management of the General Staff, Lieutenant-General Andrew Kartapolov.<\/span> During the briefing, the Russian Defense Ministry presented evidence of possible involvement of Ukraine in the death of the passenger liner, which was carrying nearly 300 people.<\/span><\/p>\n

The basis of the Russian position is data obtained by reconnaissance satellites and radars MoD controlling airspace in the conflict zone and the territory of eastern Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Buki”<\/span><\/h1>\n

The key evidence of possible involvement of the armed forces of Ukraine to the death of steel liner satellite images of the conflict area, which fixed the location and movement of Ukrainian air defense system “Buk”, as well as data on the operation of radar stations 9S18 “Dome” of these complexes.<\/span> Collectively, the data presented provide an interesting picture: during the three days preceding the crash, noted a continuous increase in the intensity of the radar.<\/span> July 15 fixed work seven stations 9S18, July 16 – eight, and on the day of death of the liner, July 17 – nine “dome”.<\/span> On the same day marked move launchers.<\/span> The next day (July 18), the intensity has fallen sharply, and since that time every day is celebrated work no more than 2-3 stations of this type.<\/span><\/p>\n
