Such reports are made annually.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_20\">However, Vyacheslav Kantor believes that in some other countries, including Western European ones, \u201cthe quality of anti-Semitism is changing\u201d. In these countries, anti-Semitism is becoming a phenomenon of everyday life, Mr. Kantor believes.
