Newsletter writer Dr. Jim Willie thinks the Ukraine crisis is an enormous struggle for financial power between East and West.\u00a0 Dr. Willie contends, \u201cI believe what we got with Ukraine is an absolutely desperate situation where the U.S. government realizes we have to stop Ukraine from becoming a central transit point for energy pipelines in the fast developing Eurasian Trade Zone.\u00a0 They need to stop the Eurasian Trade Zone because the United States and England are largely going to be excluded.\u00a0\u00a0If you look behind the curtain to see what is really going on, I believe this is the third attack on Russia\u2019s Gazprom.\u00a0 It is a giant monopoly that Russia controls for natural gas.\u00a0 The first attack was veiled and it was Cyprus.\u00a0 Gazprom bank was gigantic and it was in Cyprus. . . . Furthermore, Russia was using Cyprus as a clearing house for buying gold bullion. . . . The second attack against Gazprom was Syria.\u00a0 Iran pipelines were to be connected with Syrian ports. . . . There is a war in the way.\u00a0 That\u2019s what the U.S. does.\u00a0 There is a war in the way.\u00a0 Now, we have the third attack against Russia Gazprom.\u00a0 The U.S. and Europe actually believe if they control the gas pipeline valves, they can control the flow on the Western corner (of Ukraine) that feeds Romania, Poland and Hungary.\u00a0 They actually believe if they control the valves, they can control the flow.\u00a0 What if the flow is cut off?\u201d\u00a0 Dr. Willie, who has an earned PhD in statistics, thinks the manufactured Ukraine crisis is an act of desperation by the U.S. \u00a0Dr. Willie explains,\u00a0\u201cHave you ever know someone truly desperate, who has no options, that did stupid things?\u00a0 That\u2019s what we are seeing now.\u201d<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dr. Willie goes on to say, \u201cThere are so many sides closing in on the United States that it is almost becoming a tragic comedy. . . .\u00a0 These guys are running out of options.\u00a0 When I heard that Secretary of State Kerry made a threat to exclude Russia from the G-8, I said, \u2018yeah right.\u2019\u00a0 That\u2019s going to backfire, and the U.S. will be isolated. . . . I made this forecast about three years ago.\u00a0 I said watch the G-8 become irrelevant and the G-20 take over and China run it as opposed to the U.S. and Britain.\u00a0 That has now happened in the last year or 18 months.\u00a0 We just had a G-20 meeting in Australia, and China just railed on the United States.\u00a0 They said you are living off fumes.\u00a0 You are living off the printing press with no justifiable income.\u00a0 Your economy is a fake.\u00a0 This is getting hostile, and it was in a G-20 meeting.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The real problem for the West will be payment for oil and natural gas in something other than dollars.\u00a0 Dr. Willie warns, \u201cWhat\u2019s likely to come very soon is Russia is going to demand either rubles or gold bullion for their crude oil and their natural gas.\u00a0 If they demand ruble payment, it immediately puts the kibosh and sabotages all Wall Street and London intervention games where they are trying to punish Russia by seeing their currency decline.\u00a0\u00a0We\u2019re not in the driver\u2019s seat being a big debtor.\u00a0 We\u2019re not in the driver\u2019s seat being a big importer of energy.\u00a0 We\u2019re not in the driver\u2019s seat on anything.\u201d<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

On the value of the U.S. dollar, Dr. Willie says, \u201cThe response to U.S.\u00a0<\/b>pressure will be steps to kill the petro dollar and force banking systems around the world to start divesting of Treasury Bonds because they won\u2019t need them.\u201d\u00a0 When will this happen?\u00a0 Dr. Willie answers with a question by asking, \u201cDo you think Putin is going to wait a long time?\u00a0 The time between events is really closing. . . . The whole point here could be provoking Putin and Russia into making a first strike.\u00a0 I don\u2019t like using the n-word (meaning nukes), but if Russians make a large strike, then the U.S. is going to come back and make a strike 20 times larger and destroy the Russian nation.\u00a0 That could be what these desperate Nazi\u2019s are trying to do.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

On gold, Dr. Willie contends, \u201cI don\u2019t think it would be a shock to see the Russians come out and say we\u2019ve got over 20,000 tons of gold, and we are going to back our ruble with gold.\u00a0 Screw the dollar.\u00a0 I think in the next year or so, the Russians and Chinese are going to let it be known that between them they own close to 40,000 tons of gold.\u00a0\u00a0They are going to have a real currency and do a real global reset and have a real return to the gold standard and screw the dollar with all its toxic sovereign bonds.\u00a0 One of the principle foundations of the dollar is not gold, it\u2019s the military.\u00a0 We\u2019re seeing it now.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Dr. Willie predicts\u00a0\u201can 80% decline in the value of the U.S. dollar in three years.\u201d<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
